Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next working day. We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.
For international orders or UK postcodes listed below, the same‑day dispatch cut‑off is 1pm due to courier restrictions:

Bank holidays and weekends may affect dispatch and delivery schedules.
High‑value orders may be upgraded to a more secure delivery service at our discretion.
Goods supplied within the UK are delivered in accordance with our delivery schedule. While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, these are not guaranteed, and Beautify Luxe Extensions is not liable for delays or associated costs.
Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout. Most shipments require a signature or confirmation of receipt. Customers must ensure someone is available to accept delivery.
If a claim is made regarding:
Non‑receipt
Damage on arrival
Lost parcel
A refund or replacement will only be issued after the courier completes their investigation and confirms the claim.
In the event of a signature dispute, the recipient must complete a Denial of Receipt form. Failure to complete this form indicates acceptance of the goods and forfeits the right to dispute or charge back the transaction.

Some services require someone to be present at the property at the time of delivery. Couriers may not request physical signatures depending on their current protocols.
Beautify Luxe Extensions is not liable for delays caused by our delivery partners.
Bank Holidays: No collections or deliveries.
Weather Conditions: Couriers may adjust delivery schedules for safety reasons. Refunds cannot be issued for delays caused by severe weather.
Christmas Period: Customers should follow the recommended posting dates provided by Royal Mail or DPD Local.
