How much hair do I need?
The amount of hair needed varies based on individual requirements and desired results. We recommend a minimum of 90 grams for added volume, and 120-200 grams for both length and volume.
For optimal results, consider the relationship between weight and length: 150 grams of 20-inch hair provides natural-looking fullness, whilst the same weight in 24-inch hair may appear thinner if substantial volume is desired. Your final requirements will depend on your natural hair density, preferred fullness, and installation method.
What lengths are available?
We offer lengths ranging from 18 inches to 30+ inches. Availability may vary by texture and colour. Contact us to preorder if the length required is unavailable
How do I choose the right color?
We offer a range of natural colours from jet black to dark brown. Each colour is shown when you select the method, colour and length. If you're unsure, we recommend ordering a color ring or consulting with your stylist. Remember, our hair can be dyed to match your desired shade.

How do I care for my extensions?
Wash your extensions with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner, detangle gently from ends to roots, and allow to air dry when possible. Do not sleep with damp hair as that can cause matting/tangling so blow drying is always a better option. Always use a heat protectant. Store properly when not in use.
How often should I wash my extensions?
Wash your extensions every 1-2 weeks or as needed, depending on product buildup and your lifestyle. Over-washing can dry out the hair.
What products should I use?
Use sulfate-free, alcohol-free products designed for extensions or natural hair. Moisturizing shampoos, deep conditioners, and leave-in treatments work best.
Can I use heat tools?
Yes, but always use a heat protectant spray and keep temperatures below 180°C (350°F) to prevent damage.
Can I swim with my extensions?
Yes, but we recommend wearing a swim cap or tying your hair up to minimize exposure to chlorine and salt water, which can dry out the hair. Always rinse and deep condition after swimming.
How do I store my extensions?
Store extensions in a cool, dry place. For wefts and bundles, hang them or lay them flat in a breathable bag. Clip-ins should be stored in their original case or a protective box.
Can I sleep with my extensions?
Yes, but braid or tie your hair in a loose ponytail and use our silk bonnet to protect your hair and keep your hairstyles intact.

While some methods like clip-ins can be self-installed, we recommend having professional installation for sew-ins, tape-ins, nano rings, and micro loops to ensure proper application and the health of your natural hair.
How long does installation take?
Installation time varies by method. Clip-ins take minutes, while sew-ins or micro loops can take 2-4 hours depending on the amount of hair and complexity. Please speak to your hair extensionist for a more accurate time
How often do I need maintenance?
Maintenance frequency depends on the installation method. Tape-ins typically need repositioning every 6-8 weeks, sew-ins every 6-8 weeks, and nano/micro rings every 8-12 weeks. However the hair itself can last 2-5 years with good care
